CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE NEED SOMEONE TO SPEAK FOR THEM....
You can help make their life better AND feel good about yours.
Become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
WHY CASA? The courts and the foster care system are overloaded and sometimes children in foster care do not get the help that they need. You can provide that help and know in your heart that you have made a big difference in a child's life. Children need to live in a safe and permanent family and CASA volunteers help make that happen. You are needed!
NEW CLASSES FOR CASA VOLUNTEERS BEGIN: Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the Braselton Community Center; Friday, April 18, 2008, 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson County Courthouse. Each class runs 7 weeks. Call the office for more information at 706-387-6375.
